your job. We are your ADVOCATE when speaking to Management, Human Relations
Office, and other outside interests. We negotiated alternate work schedules and
time-and-a-half, and are working toward enhancing your education.
Are you a new employee? If you are, do you know what your rights are? Have
you been told about OUR Collective Bargaining agreement? The Employer and
the Union negotiated the Agreement for you. You need the backing of
your union to ensure your rights are not violated. With the advent of the
National Security Personnel System, we anticipate turmoil and trouble. Don't
