I was born in the little town of Rainier, just south of Olympia and
moved to East Bremerton prior to my first birthday. I have lived in six different
homes all within a two mile radius. I began working in the Shipyard, February
1974, as a Shop 51 apprentice and went on to Codes 1390, 2330, 1218, 2320 and now
IFPTE.
I married my wife, Deb, in 1975. Our daughter Katie is 27 and is married to
Luke Fletcher. My grandchild and the joy of my life, Taylor Kennedy Ann, was
born on the June 2, 2006. She is my first grandaughter and lives right across
the street.
I enjoy outdoor activities: fishing, kayaking, backpacking, and working in my garden/flower
beds.
I enjoy a challenge and I'm looking forward to serving the Union and the people's
need for several years. |
